L'herbe rouge

Organic vegetables, dairy products from the neighbouring farm, farm meat... At l'Herbe rouge, we like home-cooking made from fresh produce. In the kitchen, Sophie concocts simple dishes with Asian or Mediterranean influences, in a bistro spirit. The wine list offers exclusively natural wines, cultivated and vinified with respect for the terroir, without the addition of sugar, enzymes or yeasts. There is a wide selection of wines from the Loire, but also from all over France, as well as some foreign vintages.
