Just 10 minutes from Romorantin, in the Domaine du Grand Liot, Maxime has created a restaurant called "Le Bistrot du Grand Liot" and aims to pass on his two core values: gourmet and traditional, all homemade. The overall idea is to offer well-crafted dishes sourced mainly from local and French suppliers. No superfluity, just things well done in a warm atmosphere with the culinary experience of the chef who varies his dishes according to the season. The restaurant has 35 seats inside and as many on the terrace in fine weather. Open for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12 to 1:30pm - for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 to 9:30pm. Several formulas are available.
