Located in the commune of Vallée-de-Ronsard, nature and walking enthusiasts can explore the hillsides of the Loir and the banks of the Loir, with hiking and cycling trails less than 5 km away. Take the whole family to the Varennes lake in Marçon (15 minutes away), where you'll find a leisure area, beach, slides and more. Don't miss a visit to the Manoir de la Possonière, Ronsard's birthplace, and its gardens. You're 1 hour from Le Mans, Blois and Tours, and half an hour from the historic town of Vendôme. The gîte is 5 minutes from La Chartre sur le Loire.
