Circuit des 3 vallées
Located in the Loir Valley, about ten kilometers west of Vendôme, the village of Houssay is discovered between vineyards, fields, streams and wooded hillsides. A soothing hike in the Vendôme countryside!
The three valleys circuit will make you discover varied rural landscapes in a serene and soothing atmosphere. You will sometimes walk along a small watercourse, sometimes along fields of cereals, you will cross woods... a real dive into nature! From the beginning of your walk, at the level of the water tower, you will benefit from a pretty point of view on the valley of Gondré. Another panorama awaits you at the Grisonnerie. From there you can appreciate the valley and the forest of Prunay. And if you wish to complete your hike by discovering the cultural heritage of Houssay, stop for a few moments in the Saint-Jacques church, where you will be able to admire its 16th century altarpiece.
