Circuit de Banguin

The circuit of Banguin offers a glimpse of the architectural and natural wealth of the commune of Courmemin, and more broadly of the Sologne. Indeed, this village has all the characteristics that make the specificity of this vast natural region: half-timbered houses in the village, Sologne farms, deciduous and coniferous forests, numerous ponds... Your hike promises many discoveries! On your way back to the village, don't hesitate to enter the 13th century Saint-Aignan church. In the Angevin Gothic style, it has a choir with a flat chevet and a five-bay nave. The facade underwent major alterations in the 16th century. Flanked by thick buttresses, it is pierced by a flamboyant portal and a rose window.
